OBERPLUNERHOF – WOODS: AWARD-WINNING DESIGN MEETS FARMHOUSE CHARM Experience a holiday in architecture that sets new standards: our "Woods" chalet has received prestigious design awards. At Oberplunerhof in Kiens, we combine modern luxury with authentic life on a South Tyrolean mountain farm. DESIGN AND WELLNESS IN THE CHALET The 54 m² chalet accommodates up to 6 guests. Ideal for 4 guests; for groups of 5–6, an additional sofa bed in the living room is available. The interior features natural materials and large panoramic windows. Highlights include a private panoramic sauna and a freestanding bathtub in the bedroom with views of the Puster Valley. One bedroom has a skylight for stargazing right above the bed. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, a cozy fireplace with flame effect, and two private terraces. GENUINE FARM EXPERIENCE FOR FAMILIES We are a working farm. Start your day with our bread delivery service and farm-fresh products like eggs, honey, juices, and jams. Children can feed the sheep or visit the dairy cows at Radmüllerhof. A large garden with playground, sunbathing lawn, and barbecue area is available to all guests. LOCATION AND ADVANTAGES The chalet is centrally located in the Puster Valley, only 14 minutes by car from the Kronplatz ski area. With the included guest card, you use all buses and trains in South Tyrol free of charge and receive discounted entry to the Cron4 wellness center in Reischach. SUSTAINABILITY AND COMFORT We use our own mountain spring water and sustainable construction. An EV charging station is available. The chalet is step-free inside. Dogs are welcome (available for an extra fee). Bed linen and towels are provided. Enjoy the peace and wide views – a holiday destination with character and soul.

Oberplunerhof is located in Kiens, in the heart of South Tyrol, just 15 minutes from the valley station of the Kronplatz ski area – ideal for active holidaymakers and those seeking relaxation. Away from the village, you enjoy a quiet location with views of the valley and river, surrounded by alpine meadows and forests. The "Kronplatz" apartment on the first floor accommodates 4 people and features a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with living and sleeping area (sofa bed) and double bed, a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet, satellite TV and internet. Two balconies invite you to relax. In the spacious garden, you will find a sunbathing lawn, a sun terrace with barbecue, a hammock and a playground. Hiking trails start directly from the property, and in winter Kronplatz offers slopes and cross-country trails. Restaurants, cafés and shops are just a few minutes away. A special service: fresh bread, milk and eggs are delivered directly to your door. If you wish, you can fish for trout at a nearby farm and grill them fresh. You also receive a guest card with many benefits: free use of all public transport in South Tyrol, guided hikes, discounts for rafting, tandem flights and more. A highlight is the discounted entry to the swimming pool and wellness area in Reischach. Families can visit the farm with around 30 dairy cows or spend a day at the family alpine pasture. Homemade products such as jam, honey, syrup, apple juice and eggs (depending on the season) complete the offer. Parking spaces are available. Dogs are welcome (for an extra fee). The surcharge for dogs, ordered products and the local tax are to be paid in cash on site. Minimum stay: 3 nights, in high season 7 nights (a surcharge applies for shorter stays).
