At Oberplunerhof in Kiens, we combine modern luxury with authentic life on a South Tyrolean mountain farm. DESIGN AND WELLNESS IN THE CHALET The 54 m² chalet accommodates up to 6 guests. Ideal for 4 guests; for groups of 5–6, an additional sofa bed in the living room is available. The interior features natural materials and large panoramic windows. Highlights include a private panoramic sauna and a freestanding bathtub in the bedroom with views of the Puster Valley. One bedroom has a skylight for stargazing right above the bed. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, a cozy fireplace with flame effect, and two private terraces. GENUINE FARM EXPERIENCE FOR FAMILIES We are a working farm. Start your day with our bread delivery service and farm-fresh products like eggs, honey, juices, and jams. Children can feed the sheep or visit the dairy cows at Radmüllerhof. A large garden with playground, sunbathing lawn, and barbecue area is available to all guests. LOCATION AND ADVANTAGES The chalet is centrally located in the Puster Valley, only 14 minutes by car from the Kronplatz ski area. With the included guest card, you use all buses and trains in South Tyrol free of charge and receive discounted entry to the Cron4 wellness center in Reischach. SUSTAINABILITY AND COMFORT We use our own mountain spring water and sustainable construction. An EV charging station is available. The chalet is step-free inside. Dogs are welcome (available for an extra fee). Bed linen and towels are provided. Enjoy the peace and wide views – a holiday destination with character and soul.

Το διαμέρισμα "Kronplatz" στον πρώτο όροφο φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα και διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με χώρο καθιστικού και ύπνου (καναπές-κρεβάτι) και διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα μπάνιο με ντους, τουαλέτα και μπιντέ, δορυφορική τηλεόραση και internet. Δύο μπαλκόνια σας προσκαλούν να χαλαρώσετε. Στον ευρύχωρο κήπο, θα βρείτε γκαζόν για ηλιοθεραπεία, ηλιόλουστη βεράντα με μπάρμπεκιου, αιώρα και παιδική χαρά. Μονοπάτια πεζοπορίας ξεκινούν απευθείας από το κατάλυμα, και τον χειμώνα το Kronplatz προσφέρει πίστες σκι και διαδρομές για cross-country. Εστιατόρια, καφετέριες και καταστήματα βρίσκονται λίγα μόλις λεπτά μακριά. Ειδική υπηρεσία: φρέσκο ψωμί, γάλα και αυγά παραδίδονται απευθείας στην πόρτα σας. Αν το επιθυμείτε, μπορείτε να ψαρέψετε πέστροφες σε κοντινή φάρμα και να τις ψήσετε φρέσκες. Λαμβάνετε επίσης μια κάρτα επισκέπτη με πολλά οφέλη: δωρεάν χρήση όλων των δημόσιων συγκοινωνιών στο Νότιο Τιρόλο, καθοδηγούμενες πεζοπορίες, εκπτώσεις για ράφτινγκ, πτήσεις tandem και πολλά άλλα. Ένα highlight είναι η εκπτωτική είσοδος στην πισίνα και τον χώρο ευεξίας στο Reischach. Οικογένειες μπορούν να επισκεφτούν τη φάρμα με περίπου 30 αγελάδες γαλακτοπαραγωγής ή να περάσουν μια μέρα στο οικογενειακό αλπικό λιβάδι. Σπιτικά προϊόντα όπως μαρμελάδα, μέλι, σιρόπι, χυμός μήλου και αυγά (ανάλογα με την εποχή) συμπληρώνουν την προσφορά. Υπάρχουν διαθέσιμες θέσεις στάθμευσης. Τα σκυλιά είναι ευπρόσδεκτα (με επιπλέον χρέωση). Η πρόσθετη χρέωση για τα σκυλιά, τα παραγγελθέντα προϊόντα και ο δημοτικός φόρος πρέπει να καταβληθούν με μετρητά επιτόπου. Oberplunerhof is located in Kiens, in the heart of South Tyrol, just 15 minutes from the valley station of the Kronplatz ski area – ideal for active holidaymakers and those seeking relaxation. Away from the village, you enjoy a quiet location with views of the valley and mountains, surrounded by alpine meadows and forests. The "Gitschberg" apartment on the 1st floor accommodates 4 people. It is modernly equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, living and sleeping area (sofa bed), bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, as well as satellite TV and internet access. The balcony with seating invites you to relax after a day in the mountains. In the garden, you will find a sunbathing lawn, a sun terrace with barbecue, a hammock and a playground. Hiking trails start directly at the farm, and in winter, Kronplatz offers slopes and cross-country trails. Restaurants, cafés and shops are reachable within a few minutes. A special service: Fresh bread rolls, milk and eggs are delivered directly to your door. If you wish, you can fish for trout at the nearby Radmüllerhof and grill them fresh. You also receive the Holiday Card Premium with many benefits: free use of all public transport in South Tyrol, guided hikes, discounts for rafting, tandem flights and other activities. A highlight is the discounted entry to the swimming pool and wellness area in Reischach. Families can visit the farm with 30 dairy cows, help feed the sheep or spend a day at the family alpine pasture. Homemade products such as jam, honey, syrup, apple juice and eggs (depending on the season) complete the offer. Parking is available. Dogs are welcome (for a fee). The surcharge for dogs, ordered products and the local tax are to be paid on site in cash. Minimum stay: 3-7 nights, depending on the season (a surcharge applies for shorter stays).
